FC Balwyn becomes the first team to be eliminated from Series Futsal Australia 2016/17 after it lost its third successive game in a disappointing display of nerves against Prospect FC.
Balwyn had a two-nil lead going into the final minutes of the first half, before crumbling dramatically and conceding two goals in the final stages of the half.
It did not get much better for Balwyn in the second half, as it continued to concede and ultimately lost the game by five goals to four.
The win is a crucial one for Prospect as its hopes for a semi-final spot are bolstered.
