Andre Caro Salve will become the forth Series Futsal Victoria player to play 300 games.
Caro is set play his 300th this Friday against a red hot Western Wolves FC.
There will be fireworks as Caro will face the full force of the Wolf pack with Instant Impact club captain and former team mate Sofiane Soufi, sending out a ominous warning to the Lions and to the rest of Series Futsal. “We are coming after you all”
Although Instant Impact Sof will look to spoil the party, the 10 time SFV and 3 time SFA champions will look to take all three points in what will be the match of the round.
Caro will join Metropolitan FC legends Alija Redzepovic, Tomislav Grgic and Dino Redzepovic.
Series Futsal CEO Peter Parthimos paid tribute to Caro ahead of his 300th game in the league.
“Caro is a 5 star player, a real winner and has made a significant impact to the competition, on and off the court, Parthimos said.
“He is the heart and sole of his club, and the reason why the Lions have been so successful in the state and national leagues for so
many years.“I’d like to personally congratulate him on reaching this milestone and I hope he can continue on for many more seasons.”
Team-mate Joao Da Silva, who will be the next player to reach the magic 300 game milestone says that Caro is a player that wears his heart on his sleeve and doesn’t accept second best.
“Andre is the player you want on your side. He can decide a game with a flick of a switch he told SeriesFutsal.com.
“He always looking at ways to improve the team and the Lions brand, he is always committed and always giving 100 percent.
