Tough double-header draw no concern for Pascoe Vale

Premiership front-runners Pascoe Vale FC has, arguably, the toughest draw in this week’s double head round, starting this evening.

The nine-time SFV champion team will face title contenders FC Balwyn tonight (9:55pm) and CF Brunswick on Sunday (4:05pm).

Pascoe Vale captain Andre Caro says that his squad has undertaken two different styles of training sessions to prepare for their tough rivals.

“We have trained two different game plans for two different types of games this week,” Caro told SeriesFutsal.com.

“Balwyn is a very organised side and I believe it is going to be a very tactical game against them tonight.

“Every time we play Brunswick, they are hard games. I’m sure this week will be no different. They really need to win to stay in touch with the top three and we know they are going to be hungry.”
