Congratulations to the 2016/17 State League One Champions Hampton Street Futsal Club!

After winning the State League Two title last season Hampton continued were they left off winning 10 games straight to take poll position in the league early on and never letting go for the entire season. Congratulations to the 2016/17 State League One MVP: Daniel Grecea!

Daniel Grecea was arguably the most important member of Hampton’s title win last season in the State League Two where he claimed the MVP award for the league. Grecea picked up right where he left off scoring 22 goals which came with one in all but 3 games while only missing one game for the entire season. When he wasn’t up front scoring he was constantly shutting down the opposition with his fantastic defending whilst also constantly being involved building up from the back for Hampton. Due to his outstanding play covering the whole field all season Daniel did all he could to claim back to back MVP awards.

Congratulations to the 2016/17 State League One Golden Boot: Orien Hummenyj-Jameson!

Orien joined Hampton Street Futsal Club at the beginning of the season his first appearance back in the Elite Leagues in a number of years. Orien was a key member of the title winning squad and part of the goalscoring dynamite trio including Daniel Grecea and Tim Topali which generated 70 out of Hampton’s 107 goals. With 27 goals in 18 appearances Orien just pipped his teammate Grecea to claim the top goalscorer award to go along with his winners medal.
