It is regarded as Series Futsal Victoria’s night of nights – the ‘grand final’ of another long and high-pressured season of futsal.
For the Hume Futsal Club, it caps off the season with back-to-back Foz Cup crowns. While the club couldn’t get the job done against Pascoe Vale FC in the regular season, it showed that in the big games, the team and its loyal players can stand-up and conquer all.
Hume defeated a weary FC Balwyn 6-2 in the Foz Cup final and will give the club high hopes ahead of the Series Futsal Australia tournament in two weeks time.
While Hume received the lion’s share of the chocolates last night, there were other individual awards handed out to celebrate the best of the best from the 2016/17 season.

Series Futsal Victoria takes a two week break with the relegation/promotion play-offs concluding up this Wednesday, followed by the Series Futsal Australia tournament on March 17-19.
The first round of the new season kicks off on March 31.
