Two time Series Futsal Victoria Champions FC Carlton Heart have completed the domestic double by winning the 2017/18 Futsal Oz Cup.

The first few minutes of the game were a tense battle, but it was none other than Ernie Simsek to start off the scoring with a belter into the roof of the net. Wolves then replied with two quick goals, which got them up and running. New Recruit Hayden Razbocan slotting it past Bilal Atik to level the scores at 2-2 into half time.

With the second half continuing as the same way as the first half ended, the game being at a rapid pace, Stephen Gustus managed to bully his way through the Wolves defence to set up Youngster Jackson Georgi into a practically open net to get the edge, Western Wolves squaring things up yet again through Nathan Long.

In a game where both teams were pressing each other, it was an unlikely scenario when Atay Ibrahim saw himself with plenty of time and space in front of goal, calmly toe poking the ball into the top corner. Chaaban Rajab getting one himself through a deflection in the dying seconds, putting the icing on the cake for the Hearts maiden Futsal Oz Cup Victory
