Trade Whispers

The transfer period has become hot news in recent seasons with clubs like Moreland and Campbellfield becoming power houses in the transfer market and masterminding some of the most high profile moves to be seen in the futsal world. With many transfers already confirmed here are some of the trade whispers that you may not have heard or are yet to be announced.

Henrique Pimenta:

Campbellfield are also rumoured to have made an offer to Pimenta to make the move to the State League Championship side however Pimenta strongly denies these rumours saying he hasn’t heard anything and that he is happy at Pascoevale.

Mauricio Novak:

Novak has been a staple in the Pascoevale side for many years and it is hard to see the nifty flanker playing anywhere else nevertheless the Western Wolves did make contact earlier this week in an effort to tempt the veteran into a move. Could Novak be the next Sofiane Soufi?

Adam Cooper:
Unconfirmed have been floating around the Series Futsal community in recent weeks that Cooper could be on his way back to the State League…. With Melbourne Athletic. No doubt the MVP nominee would add to the Brave Cats though it will be a bold move and an unlikely one at that.

Abdirizak Ahmed:

The Barista Brother has already been confirmed as a transfer to Regent City though seriesfutsal.com can confirm that no official paperwork has been lodged. Western Wolves have attempted an unlikely hijacking of this transfer as they continue to transform their team back into a competitive beast.

Arturo Diaz:
One of the key players at the Heart since their return to SFV, Diaz has been a target for Pascoevale for a long time and this transfer period is no different. The Lions have tabled a massive money offer however Diaz remains adamant that he will remain loyal to the Heart.

Aaron You/Leo Kimapara double:

The Lions have also come hard for this Fitzroy duo as they looking to strengthen their stocks going into the 2019 season. The pair are house mates and the key the Lions are convinced that if they can nail one the other will follow suit.
