Recap

It was a game that had everything; nine goals, a red card, just a bit of niggle and a whole lot of entertainment – but eventually it was Western Wolves that came out on top after a dramatic late winner.

Western Wolves got out to a 3-0 lead in the first half, but Muhammed Temel scored to give Hume some hope; but their celebrations were quickly snuffed out when Moe Matar was given his marching orders for decent.

Hume scored again, but the Wolves matched them with a goal of their own. Hume were not disheartened though, scoring twice more to level the scores.

But there was more late drama to be had, and unlike in Round 20 of last season, Hayden Kanjo’s late goal did prove to be the winner in this game, giving the Wolves a deserved win.
