Recap
The final womens game of 2017 pitted Fitzroy against Kingston Royals as Fitzroy looked to hold onto second place while the Royals would look to continue their pursuit of a top four finish. It was Fitzroy who got off to the stronger start when Dharma Georgi toe poked home from range to open the scoring, before Georgi would double her tally for the night making it 2-0 which it remained at going into the half time break.
