Champion Series Futsal club Pascoe Vale FC has revealed a brand-new partnership with popular sporting retail outlet Sports Portal and the famous brand LEGEA.

The 10 time champion club – the most successful futsal team in Victoria – unveiled its new LEGEA home, away and goal keeping kits, as well as club tracksuits, polo shirts and bags.

To launch the new partnership, a selection of Pascoe Vale’s senior and junior players climbed Mount Dandenong – the highest point in the Melbourne suburbs, overlooking the city.

Pascoe Vale, currently third on the 2017 SFV ladder, is the fifth Series Futsal Victoria club to secure a partnership with a sporting brand, following the deals of Fitzroy FC (Ultra Football), FC Carlton (Konqa), FC Balwyn (SPT Football) and Metropolitan FC (Sports Portal).

Senior club player Sofiane Soufi says that the new deal represents a great new milestone for the successful club.

“We have been working so hard to climb and be on top of futsal in Victoria,” said Soufi.

“Now we have partnered up with Sports Portal to help us succeed in our Series Futsal journey.

“We thought that climbing the mountain was a great way to describe our club – we have made it to the top of the league 10 times, and we plan on doing it 10 times more!

“The team at Sports Portal has provided us with some great LEGEA kits. They look fantastic and we can’t wait to play in them.”

Series Futsal CEO Peter Parthimos says that having Sports Portal support the sport’s most winningest club is a huge boost for all.

“Pascoe Vale has long been regarded as the benchmark for all clubs, so it was a smart ploy by Sports Portal to get behind them,” he said.

“The club is always in the headlines – through thick and thin. I can’t wait to see the team get out and show off their new kits.”

Series Futsal Victoria action returns this Sunday, with Pascoe Vale FC taking on competition leaders FC Carlton.
