Hume have managed a steadying win over a strong Brunswick team. Following Hume’s shock loss to Metro many where behind Brunswick to get the points as the two teams met.

The game was swinging in the first half with goals coming from each side early but Hume getting the upper hand with a 3-1 lead. Brunswick hit back before half time to equalise the score. The second half only saw one goal scored a goal that proved the match winner for Hume.

The goalkeepers at both ends put in massive efforts to keep their teams in the game. Only a powerfully struck shot from Nikola Jurcic managed to pass Brunswick’s keeper Christos Apostolakis to break the deadlock and give Hume the win.
