The first half was tight, with the Wolves taking a 2-1 lead, before Hume pulled it back to 2-2 before the half-time break.
The second half continued in the same vein as the first, until a couple of quick goals opened up the game and Hume ran away with the match.
The win is Hume’s third in a row and puts them into the top four, just three points off third placed Balwyn.
