Pascoe have survived a major scare to beat Metropolitan in one of the most memorable matches in recent history.
The champions got out to a 3-1 lead but Metropolitan displayed great spirit to get back into the game and  equalise midway through the second half.
Pascoe Vale regained the lead with barely a minute to play, and it appeared that they had the game won at that point.
Metro had other ideas though, as Tomislav Grgic equalised for Metro with two seconds to play, sending the crowd into a frenzy.
The fairytale took a cruel turn in the penalty shootout though, as Pascoe Vale converted two of their three penalties to win the game and regain their place in the top four.
