FC Carlton Heart have continued their undefeated run of games, after beating the bottom of the table side the Western Wolves.

The Heart were fairly comfortable from start to finish as they controlled the game, but a brilliant performance from the Wolves’ keeper Bilal Atik made scoring difficult for Carlton.

The Heart managed to find a way past Atik just twice in the first half, but goals were easier to come by in the second period as the ladder leaders piled on the pressure.

They opened up a five-nil lead in the second half and that’s how it stayed up until the final whistle.

Heart keeper Peter Tamburrino managed to keep a clean sheet, keeping out the competition’s leading scorer Lokmen Ramadan.
